Faithing It! 

Hey guys what’s up! Welcome back to our TRC new to Christ Basics page! Have you been looking for God to do something in your life? Maybe, you’ve been asking God to deliver you from a situation or maybe you’ve been asking God to help or heal someone else, and you are waiting to see God show up and show out. Either way, right now it appears that God is silent and far away from you during this time, this season, of your life. While God being distant is a lie that usually comes from our human fear or worry of being abandoned, you’re not in this alone.

A Few Reasons God Might Be Silent or There is Delay in Answered Prayers

A) Spiritual Development of faith 

B) God only funds projects that he designs and creates 

C) You simply do not trust God and his process is what you experiencing 

D) The things you are holding on to can’t go with you and you’re asking for something that isn’t in alignment with your God purpose. 

As you mature spiritually you will have to learn how to face trials and troubles with trust that God has never lost a battle and this situation, obstacles are no different. Like with learning to walk, when babies first start out walking we run right behind them, we guide them by the hand, we run a head and move things we can see as a potential stumbling block out of their way. We do this over and over until they get to a place where they can walk and move things on their own. God does the same thing, we are learning to walk in faith, so at first to build trust in God is just like us moving unseen things out of the way for us, holding our hearts as we maneuver through our storms. As we spiritually mature we have to thirst after what God’s word so we can become even stronger in the spirit. 

Stay dedicated to the process that is preparing you for your next level in faith. Keep moving forward and always remember whatever you do, whenever you do, KEEP IT REAL!
